We assume that you have read and understood our “Terms & Conditions” (https://sayyestohimalayas.com/terms-and-conditions) before Booking.
To book a Fixed Departure/Schedule trek or a Customised/Private trek pay 50% of the Trek/Tour Fee as the initial “Booking Amount”. You can pay by Net banking/Draft/Credit/Debit cards. This will ensure your participation in the desired trek and we will reserve your place in the scheduled date. You need to pay the remaining amount at least 15 days before starting the trek.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 10-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The date on which the request to cancel is received by SYTH will be accepted as the Cancellation Date and hence determine the cancellation charges applicable.
In case of drop out by the participant in between the event
We shall not be liable to make any refund in such situation. The participant would also have to pay additionally for unplanned expenses on planning and executing the retreat of the participant on actual basis. In case suitable arrangements for retreat are not possible, SYTH reserves the right to deny such drop out in between the event.
CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY SAY YES TO HIMALAYAS:
SYTH reserves the right to cancel any trip you booked with us, unless guaranteed to run beforehand The cancellation of a trip by us might be because of several reasons which are not under our control.
Call Off – Before The Trip Start Date:
Due to natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other similar situations, we may cancel the trip. Such cases are beyond our boundaries and SYTH do its best to come to your help. On such occasions, SYTH will refund the trip fee. We will be guided by our Cancellation Policy for the amount to refund and the date of such interventions will be accepted as the cancellation date.
Call Off – After The Trip Start Date:
Due to similar reasons as stated above, an ongoing trip might have to be cancelled midway. On such occasions, we will try our best to co-operate with you. However, no refunds will be made.
In any such cases, SYTH will not be held responsible for any incidental expenses or collateral losses or damages that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking the trip, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
In case of Emergency Evacuation
While we do have first aid and experts available on all our events but still there might be situations under which an emergency evacuation might be needed. We are committed to make a safe evacuation for you in case of an emergency. We would make necessary and adequate arrangements for your evacuation till the nearest road head that is well connected by road, and would also help you in boarding a vehicle to the nearest Hospital or any other facility so required. Any additional expenses incurred, that of porters, vehicle, ambulance, hospitalization, or any other expense incurred for evacuation, would be covered by the participant.
